Joe Lukeman has over 15 years real estate sales and marketing experience. He owns multiple real estate and property management companies in Western Michigan and works with global investors to expand and enhance their real estate portfolios. The focus of his recent professional career has centered around small Real Estate investment properties in downtown Kalamazoo – around Western Michigan University and Kalamazoo College. With investment and appraisal experience and a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University, he is the industry expert for investment opportunities. Over the past couple years, he has seen an increased demand for luxury investments across Michigan and has shifted his focus to meet that demand. He loves boating on Gull Lake and skiing with his wife and daughters.
